1. Payout: We currently offer two different options when it comes to withdrawing your wins.
Option 1 - Instant payout: With this option winnings are paid out within two business days to the PayPal account provided by the customer with a 10% handling fee deducted from the win ((in addition to mandatory PayPal fees, delivery and VAT)).
Option 2 - Standard payout: With this option 100% of the winning sum (not including mandatory PayPal fees, delivery and VAT) is paid out within 21 business days to the PayPal account provided by the customer.
2. A PayPal account is necessary in order to withdraw winnings fro, Boom25.
3. Grouping: Each retailer is assigned to a specific group from which qualifying purchases can be made (a "Group"). The winner of the Main Prize is determined by the order in which they purchase a product within a Group. A customer will win the Main Prize if he or she is the 25th customer to make a qualifying purchase from that Group through the Website. Boom25 will credit a winning customer's Paypal account with cash in the amount of the cash prize won
4. The use of gift cards/Evouchers /card Town is not accepted.
5. Please note that you will be able to withdraw payments with respect to a Winning Purchase and/or any Bonuses through your PayPal account only within a period of up to six months from the date of the Winning Purchase and/or receipt of the Bonus (as applicable) (the "Eligibility Period"). After the Eligibility Period, all amounts due to you and not withdrawn through your PayPal account shall be revoked and you shall no longer be able to withdraw any such amounts.
The Boom Service (the “Boom Service”) is operated by Boom25 (UK) Limited (“we”, “us” or “Boom25”) and provided to you (“you” or “Buyer”) through our website (the “Boom Website”). The Boom Service combines the fun of shopping with the chance of winning your money back on purchases made through the Boom Service (less VAT, currency conversion fees and PayPal charges, if any were paid on such purchases).
So what is the Boom Service and how does it work? It couldn't be easier: all you have to do is enter the Boom Website, create an Account (as defined below) and choose the supplier or seller that offers the product or service you are looking for (“Supplier”). By clicking on the banner or link shown for such Supplier in the Boom Website, you will be directed to the Supplier’s website where you can browse and make a purchase directly from the Supplier, exactly as you would normally do (a “Purchase”). Each Supplier is assigned by us to a specific group ("Group") which forms a "pool" where all Completed Purchases (as defined below) made by all Buyers from the Suppliers included in that Group are counted together. Each Group has a different number that we assign to it (the "Magic Number") which means how many Completed Purchases in that Group (from all Buyers in the Group) are counted to get to a Winning Purchase (as defined below). For example, if the Magic Number in the Group which includes the Supplier you choose is 25, then every 25th Completed Purchase in that Group (for the avoidance of doubt, from all Completed Purchases in that Group and not only from your Completed Purchases) is a "Winning Purchase". If the Magic Number in the relevant Group is 20, then every 20th Completed Purchase is a Winning Purchase. The Buyer of a Winning Purchase will promptly receive the entire amount of the purchase back from us (less VAT, currency conversion fees and PayPal charges, if any were paid on such purchase) directly to his or her PayPal account. When directed to the website of the Supplier you choose, you will be able to see which Magic Number applies to the Group to which that Supplier belongs. At any time before you make your purchase, at our discretion, we may move any Supplier from one Group to another Group, or alternatively decide to improve (but never adversely change) your personal chances of winning by moving your specific purchase to a Group with a lower Magic Number, which means a higher chance of making a Winning Purchase.
A Purchase will only be considered as having been “Completed” upon: (1) notification to us by the Supplier about the Purchase, in the manner required under our agreement with the Supplier, (2) delivery or provision to you in full of the goods or services that you purchased from such Supplier, and (3) payment by the Supplier to us of the applicable commission due to us on the Purchase, under our agreement with the Supplier. Boom25 cannot and will not be held responsible if a Supplier fails to perform any of the foregoing for any reason, and you shall have no claim or demand against Boom25 regarding the Completion of any Purchase.
Once you log in to your Account you have access to your personalised dashboard (the “Dashboard”) where you can keep track of all the Purchases you've made using the Boom Services, your Winning Purchases, and the Bonuses you’ve won (as defined below).
We may from time to time, at our discretion, treat additional Purchases as Winning Purchases, whether Completed or not, and refund the full amount of such additional Purchases to their Buyers (less VAT, currency conversion fees and PayPal charges, if any were paid on such purchases). Such discretionary refunds by us, if any, will in any event not adversely affect the count of Winning Purchases out of Completed Purchases according to the Magic Number of the relevant Group, and will always be in addition to such count.
The Boom Service is intended for use by people who are at least 18 years of age. you want to start using the Boom Service and you are over 18 years old, you will be asked to create an account by providing your name, email address and a password of your choice (“Account”) and then, you may start shopping.
No Boom25 user is allowed to use a form of "Guerilla Marketing" where one commets on any social media site of a retailer on our site diverting traffic from the retailer to Boom25.
The company reserves the right to block users as it sees fit.
All content included on the Boom Website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software, and the compilation of all such content, is the sole and exclusive property of Boom25 or its content suppliers and protected by English and international copyright laws.
The Boom Service refers you to and is incorporated into websites and other technology owned and controlled by Suppliers or other third parties. Website access and product and service offerings made available to you by or through the Supplier websites or other third party websites on which you are registered and/or logged on through the Boom Service, are made and offered directly by the applicable Supplier or other third party site, product or service provider or advertiser. Boom25 is not responsible for the performance or non-performance of any Suppliers or other third party service providers or advertisers.
All transactions made through the Boom Service are made directly with Suppliers and Boom25 is not a party to any transactions with Suppliers, and is not the seller or supplier of, and does not endorse, any of the goods or services that they make available to any user of the Boom Service. Boom25 does not have any control over or responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of the goods or services available from the Suppliers or to whether the Suppliers can or will supply and pass good title to any goods or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release us and our agents and employees from all liability arising out of or in connection with any transactions with Suppliers, including (without limitation) all claims and demands relating to transactions (whether completed or uncompleted) with Suppliers, or goods or services offered for sale or supply, or actually sold or supplied, through or in connection with any transactions with Suppliers. You agree that Boom25 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred by you as a result of any of your dealings with Suppliers or other third party service providers accessed by your use of the Boom Service or otherwise.

At Boom25's sole discretion, we may grant certain bonuses from time to time, even to a Buyer of a Purchase which is not a Winning Purchase (a "Bonus"). Each Bonus can be viewed on the Dashboard. You may redeem your Bonuses only when you receive a Winning Purchase.
You will only be able to receive payments credited to you via PayPal (or via such other payment provider that we may make available from time to time) and following completion of a certain identification process to be completed either by connecting to your Facebook account or by providing to us certain identifying details, as may be requested by us. You should own a PayPal account in order to receive payments from us if you are entitled to such as the Buyer of a Winning Purchase and such payment shall be made to you less VAT, currency conversion fees and PayPal charges, if any were paid on the applicable purchases. Note that PayPal may have rules about the maximum or minimum payment that you can receive through it.
Please note that you will be able to withdraw payments with respect to a Winning Purchase and/or any Bonuses through your PayPal account only within a period of up to six months from the date of the Winning Purchase and/or receipt of the Bonus (as applicable) (the "Eligibility Period"). After the Eligibility Period, all amounts due to you and not withdrawn through your PayPal account shall be revoked and you shall no longer be able to withdraw any such amounts.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse payment with respect to a Winning Purchase and/or any Bonuses in the event of fraudulent, abusive or other activity we determine to be unlawful or unfair.
You are and shall be solely liable for all of your activity in connection with the Boom Service or Boom Website.
The Boom Service is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no promise that the Boom Service will meet your requirements. We cannot guarantee that the Boom Service will be fault-free, and if a fault occurs in the Boom Service you should report it to email@example.com and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can. The foregoing disclaimers shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Exclusions and Limitations of Our Liability
You may terminate your use of the Boom Service at any time by ceasing all use of the Boom Service.
We make no promise that the Boom Service is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom, and accessing the Boom Website from territories where its contents or use of the Boom Service are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access the Boom Website from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
When registering to the Boom Service, you will receive a personal link (URL) which can be used to gain extra bonuses by inviting friends to join the Boom Service (the "Invite Link"). The Invite Link may be sent to an unlimited number of people. For each unregistered person who clicks on your Invite Click, registers to the Boom Service and Completes his or her first Purchase through the Boom Service (only his pr her first Purchase!), you will win a bonus in an amount which we determine in our discretion and which may change from to time time (the "Invite Bonus"), which will be credited to your Account. When your Invite Bonuses reach an aggregate amount of £10, you'll be able to withdraw the amount from your Account. Your Invite Link may be found on your Dashboard under the "Referral" tab and in any e-mail you receive from Boom25. Boom25 may terminate Invite Links at any time.
Use of vouchers, coupons and other forms of discount
Please note that any use of vouchers/gift cards/promotional codes/coupons of any sort which were not posted or approved by Boom25 when placing an order on the website might not successfully track and therefore will not be awarded.
